COURSE DESCRIPTION
Chloe’s advanced courses are refinement-based training programs designed for experienced permanent makeup artists who are already practicing and looking to improve the quality, consistency, and precision of their work. These courses focus on identifying and correcting technical habits, enhancing pigment retention, increasing efficiency, and refining execution through detailed, personalized feedback tailored to each artist’s existing skill level.
Advanced training is offered in a private setting to allow for individualized guidance. The course includes targeted latex practice for technique correction, a live demonstration, and hands-on work on a model. This format is ideal for artists who understand the foundational principles of permanent makeup but are seeking focused support in specific areas of their technique.

Technique Assessment & Targeted Practice
Your training begins with an assessment of your current technique and approach. Chloé will observe your methods and guide you through focused latex practice using her refined techniques. Artists are encouraged to identify specific challenges they experience in their own work, allowing the session to be tailored to areas that require improvement.

Live Demonstration & Technical Breakdown
Chloé will perform a live demonstration on a model, explaining her decision-making process, technique execution, and workflow throughout the procedure. Artists may record the demonstration for educational reference. This step provides an opportunity to ask detailed questions and gain clarity on refined techniques, precision, and efficiency.

Guided Hands-On Model Practice
You will then perform a live treatment on a model under Chloé’s supervision. Throughout the procedure, she will provide real-time guidance, corrections, and technical adjustments to help refine your execution. This step allows artists to immediately apply feedback and improve accuracy, control, and confidence.
MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
With 9 years of experience, Chloé Simioni is a highly qualified instructor holding 11 professional certifications. She has trained extensively with some of the best in the world, including QVision, Roberta Peixoto, and Oksana Martynenko.
In 2022 Chloé became an official Amiea International trainer. For the following years, she prioritized training and competitions. In 2024, after winning second place at Wulop Canada in device hairstrokes, Chloe brought “watch & learn” workshops as a new training method to Montreal. In 2025 she won first place Powder Eyeliner at the Browista Canada competition, and second place device hairstrokes at the Wulop Canada competition. Following these regional competitions, she entered her first international competition.
Chloé placed 24th in the world in the device hairstroke category of the international Wulop 2025 competition in Antalya, Turkey and is now an official Wulop Canada organizer, bringing elite-level knowledge and international experience to every training. She will co-organize her first regional competition September 2026.
